    When animals have room to graze they improve the land use, nutrient and soil health. These benefits translate to a reduced carbon footprint. Animals are happy and healthy because they are not confined to a feed lot. Raising beef in this manner is a more sustainable choice because grain is not being grown and transported for feed. Fewer pesticides and antibiotics are being used than that of cattle raised at feed lots.

Our beef has the added benefit of a small amount of spent grains from two of our local brewers added to their diet. The result has been wonderful.
